Romanian SME specialised in providing integrated multi-material packaging services, is looking for a manufacturing or outsourcing agreements.
The company, located in western Romania, closely to the Hungarian border, is capitalizing nine years of experience in providing complete packaging solutions from corrugated cardboard to surface protection packages (bags and protective films) or packaging that provides mechanical protection (expanded polyethylene).
The company specializes in the manufacture of polyethylene parts, the main markets of this product being automotive, electronics, medical, aeronautics, mechanical processing and others.
The production area and warehouse cover over 3,200 sqms, equipped with modern machines. Last year, the company benefited from European funds, modern equipment of over 230,000 euro being purchased on a project financed under the Regional Operational Program 2014-2020.
The company invests consistently in research and innovation, offering customers integrated solutions (analysis, consulting, design, prototyping, execution, labeling, storage and delivery). These will give the customer's supply chain simplicity, a precious asset in the complex production system.
The versatility of the equipment will allow for the diversification of the offered products for continuous adaptation to the market.
• Technological processes:
Hot & cold lamination - Exploring their innovation potential, the company has installed in house capacities of hot and cold laminating (they apply: foam and non-woven films to a vast range of cardboard and plastic sheets).
Kitting & assembling - The kitting & assembly competence include cardboard & plastic dividers assembly, stitching to wood, bracing, but also construction of complex crates made out of plywood, OSB (Oriented strand board ), cardboard and more.
Die cutting - With more than 5 dieing machines (both hydraulic and mechanical), the company may die cut a complete list of specifications, be it high-densities or big/small material thicknesses.
CNC Services – The CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines are able to cut and mill large formats (2m x 4m) without prior preparation.
Modular box-maker - With less than 60 seconds set-up time, large size capacity, and more than 50 FEFCO (The European Federation of Corrugated Board Manufacturers) typologies, the modular box-maker responds rapidly to a vast range of projects, from standard American boxes to heavy duty pallet sized boxes and covers.

- hot lamination and cold lamination/ glueing of PE foams and sheets;
Foam – conductive, dissipative
- expanded PE bags thickness from 0,8 mm - 2 mm (minimum size: 50x50 mm, maximum size: 1200x2000 mm)
- profiles/sheets from 10 mm to 500 mm thickness, densities range 16-160 kg/m³
- die cut racks, inserts, frames, supports, corner pieces, with a wide range of thicknesses and densities
LDPE (low density PE)/MDPE (medium density PE) materials (standard or bubble wrap, with or without ESD additives)
- thickness min 0,02 mm, max 0,12 mm;
- bags, tubular film, precut bags, flat bags (for cubes);
- LDPE profiles; VCI (vapor corrosion inhibitor), ESD (electrostatic discharge) bags and standard MDPE

The company is targeting new markets, under a manufacturing agreement (for made to order products). At the same time, the company is opened for an outsourcing agreement with industrial packaging companies.
