Frontal Polymerization?Enabled 3D Printing of Recyclable High?Performance Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymers (Adv. Mater. 7/2026)

Frontal Polymerization?Enabled 3D PrintingThis work integrates frontal polymerization with 3D printing to overcome the industry bottlenecks of support?free printing and rapid curing for carbon fiber thermosets. Simultaneously, to address the key trade?off between high performance and recyclability, a closed?loop recycling system is established, offering a sustainable and efficient manufacturing solution for demanding sectors such as aerospace and automotive. More details can be found in the Research Article by Hongchao Zhao, Wenduo Chen, and co?workers (DOI: 10.1002/adma.202515033).
