A Slovenian company engaged in production of equipment for the transport, sorting and baling of waste paper, cardboard packaging and plastics is looking for distribution agreements. With 20 years of experience, greater flexibility and a wide range of products, the company can offer assistance in choosing the appropriate equipment for their client needs.

The Slovenian company is principally specialized in the manufacture of automatic balers, their auxiliary devices, and conveyors. In their 24 years of operation, they have performed over 150 different installations around the world and have gained much experience within the field. On this foundation, they provide complete equipment for the management of communal, packaging, and industrial waste. Company sought markets outside of Slovenia, including around Europe, Asia and in North America. Today, their machines can be found in most parts of Europe, as well as in Asia.
Their main product are automatic balers for waste paper and plastics.
According to the needs and specifications company manufactures:
? Simple horizontal baling press without the tying device (can be added on later).
? Simpler construction methods, designed for customers that would like to solve waste issues at the lowest cost.
? Heavy-duty construction that is designed for commercial centres or companies that are primarily involved in waste management.
Engine power or the number of mounted engines is dependent on the required capacity.
Second biggest group of their productions are conveyers:
? Heavy-duty conveyors (for filling the balers) with a drive chain and transverse, rubber-covered profiles. The gradient is usually 30° with installation either in a channel or on the floor and a conveyor outlet gradient of up to 15°.
? Heavy-duty conveyors with a drive chain and undulating covered sheet-metal (leaves).
? Lightweight, flat, sliding rubber conveyors (rubber is stretched during movement and by a tensioning cylinder), supported either by small cylinders or sheet metal.
They are distinguished by:
? Heavy-duty construction.
? Excellent chain protection.
? Chemical and oil resistant rubber (when appropriate).
? Dimensions adjusted to the baler and the space requirements
In addition to balers nad conveyors, theompany produces as well:
1. balers for tin and small metal shavings (The baler compresses the metal waste into blocks of 40 x 40 x 10?60 cm)
2. PET perforators for plastic bottles that perforates and presses the air out of the bottles, improving the filling density and the quality of the bales,
3. turbulators, mounted into the baler filling shaft, which regulates magazine and newspaper loading into the baler
4. polyp grabs with either a rotating or mechanical coupling:
? with a 250 l volume and 6 legs to mount it onto the lift of a truck.
? and larger and heavier than the 250 l with a greater volume and is suitable for stationary lifts.
in sense of the recycling importance, the company would like to extend its markets and is therefore looking for distributors preferably operating in recycling or waste collecting industries all over the world.
- Specific area of activity of the partner: The company wishes to sign distribution service agreements with distributors who have established good connections in the recycling sector and with local authorities. It might be either large or small distributor, preferably with some experience in recycling or waste collecting industry.
All baling presses are equipped with shear blades to handle excess material. Company can also install a prepress system using lateral mini hatches or a cover in the rear (the classic method).
Tying system can be horizontal or vertical. Both are basically the same and therefore they always have spare parts available in the warehouse.
The feeding hopper can be lengthened or shortened depending on the intended use or the size of the pieces of material.
Each above-mentioned baler includes a mounted cylinder to either increase or decrease the compression force. Based on that fact, company can offer three heavy-duty methods of manufacture.
