A French company, trader of finish trim materials for roofs and outdoor arrangements, is looking for a manufacturer of alveolar PVC panels, PVC facia boards, joints of fascia boards, wainscots, ventilation grids, and matching accessories under a manufacturing agreement.
FULL DESCRIPTION The French company is actually a trader of finish trim materials. It sells PVC wainscots and fascia boards for the underside of roofs and outdoor arrangement products (PVC cladding or composite, composite deck, PVC fence or other).
Those products are dedicated to new projects or renovations. They are sold to carpenters and roofers.
As for now the company has only one supplier which has not the capacity to provide it more products.
In order to develop its sales the French company is looking for an industrial manufacturer for the following products:
- rigid and resistant alveolar PVC panels for the underside of roofs
- very dense, rigid and resistant with a good color behavior over the time cellular PVC facia board
- joints of fascia boards
- wainscots, external and internal corners for fascia boards
- round and linear ventilation grids
- matching accessories in injected material
The company will buy from 50 to 70 tons of PVC parts/year (might be evolutive).
- Type of partner sought: All the products must be manufactured in accordance with the French company' specifications and dyed in the mass.
- Specific area of activity of the partner: The company is looking for an industrial manufacturer with a valuable experience in the extrusion and injection of PVC parts.
An experience in the manufacturing of the products detailed above shall be an asset.
The partner shall be a serious, receptive, responsive company.
