Founded in 2005, the Romanian SME is a well-known name in advanced composite market, being part of the high end automotive industry.

Having most of their manufacturing process based on Prepreg autoclave polymerization (common term for a reinforcing fabric which has been pre-impregnated with a resin system, offering the means needed for achieving high end mechanical and aesthetic properties parts), the company also offers services based on other various technologies: wet layup, resin transfer moulding?light, resin infusion moulding, painting and varnishing.
The company is also equipped with high end industrial equipment: 4 autoclaves (for Prepreg polymerization), cutter plotter (Prepreg and aramid material cutting optimization), 3 polymerization ovens, 4 professional painting cabins, 2k resin injection machines, 2 freezers with a capacity of 300 m³, CNC 5 axis and 3 axis milling machine, CNC 2 axis lathe machine, 6 axis milling, deburring, cutting, painting and varnishing robots, 3D scanner, 3D printing, dimensional inspection machine, manual cutting machine, 6 organic aspiration systems, sandblasting, vacuum and pressure system powered by professional vacuum pump and compressors.

Being an advanced composite parts manufacturer, the company already offers bespoke solutions for a wide range of manufacturing demands (mostly in automotive, railway and sports industry) in countries like Germany, Italy, France, UK and USA.

Considering the fact that the company wants to constantly expand the client group and seeks to increase the variety of products and services (for which they are ready to offer high end quality on a competitive offer basis), several types of international cooperation are envisaged.
The foremost interest of the company is a manufacturing agreement for unique, small to medium series products.
The company has also the power to become a subcontractor for contractors that are willing to assign part of their contractual obligations (end use products) to the company.
Last but not least, the company is offering to perform services under an outsourcing agreement for partners that decide to externalize part of their business process to the company (e.g. having not enough production capacity, the partner might take advantage of the company's available state of the art technologies, working force, expertise).
