Integrated manufacturing of REciclable multi-material COmposites for the TRANSport sector

For the last 20 years, this French SME has developed innovative and non-destructive quality control machines based on deflectometry for the automotive and aeronautic industry.
The company is one of few in the world specialised in deflectometry. Its patented vision technology is dedicated to the automated inspection and detection of defects on light-reflective surfaces (plastics, composites, metal) or transparent materials (glass, polymers).
Its industrial systems display images and values and detects defects down to micron-size such as injection flowlines, stamping deforms, waviness, scratches, polishing marks, etc. on raw or painted parts such as bumpers, instrument panels, windshields, lateral windows, mirrors, body in white). Their machines can be integrated at all stages of the production process to the final inspection. Layouts are therefore customised to the clients' production environment.
The French SME is looking for partners such as manufacturers, R&D centers, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), to conclude a commercial agreement with technical assistance. The technology is already on the market but requires customising according to clients specifications.
