Integrated manufacturing of REciclable multi-material COmposites for the TRANSport sector
ELEMENTOS CONSTRUCTIVOS RECTANGULARES Y CUADRANGULARES DE ENSAMBLE.
The present invention discloses rectangular and quadrangular assembly construction elements based on a simple and reinforced tongue-and-groove closure system. Said elements allow assembly in a modular manner, obtaining a structure with acoustic, wind, thermal, and light insulation since they have spaces sectioned at equidistant intervals and adjusted with tongue and groove guides. Also, the rectangular construction elements assembled modularly have mechanical resistance and the property of preventing the passage of water from the outside to the inside of the wall, being their application for the manufacture of exterior walls. Herein, if installed inverted, they have applications for constructing interiors. Also, they have applications for producing walls, slabs, roof finishes, and gardening accessories. Further, prefabricated modular walls allow assembly at the manufacturing site and then transported and installed at the final construction site, based on a mixture of pure or recycled plastics and inorganic and organic fillers, such as post-industrial materials, which promotes positive aspects for environmental conservation, cost, and time reduction of installation.
