HEAT-CONDUCTING ULTRAHIGH-VOLTAGE-RESISTANT INSULATING COMPOSITE MATERIAL AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR

A heat-conducting ultrahigh-voltage-resistant insulating composite material. A preparation method therefor comprises: ball milling a heat-conducting insulating ceramic powder and a solvent to obtain a heat-conducting insulating ceramic dispersion; uniformly mixing the heat-conducting insulating ceramic dispersion with a matrix resin to obtain a mixture; subjecting the mixture to reduced pressure distillation to obtain a matrix resin modified with the heat-conducting insulating ceramic; preparing a chopped fiber prepreg using chopped fibers and the matrix resin modified with the heat-conducting insulating ceramic; preparing continuous fiber prepreg sheets using continuous fiber cloth and the matrix resin modified with the heat-conducting insulating ceramic; alternately laying the continuous fiber prepreg sheets and the chopped fiber prepreg until reaching a preset thickness so as to obtain an alternately laid prepreg; and subjecting the alternately laid prepreg to mold pressing curing to obtain the heat-conducting ultrahigh-voltage-resistant insulating composite material. The heat-conducting ultrahigh-voltage-resistant insulating composite material has both high mechanical performance and good heat transporting capability, and has voltage resistance that is better than a traditional laminated board.
