DIFFERENT COMPONENTS AND PRODUCTS OF METAL PRESTRESSING (FERROUS, NON-FERROUS), NON-METALLIC PRESTRESSING (POLYMER, CERAMIC), AND COMPOSITE AND NANOCOMPOSITE PRESTRESSING (NATURAL, ARTIFICIAL) MANUFACTURING PROCESS
Producing different components and products of metal prestressing (ferrous, non-ferrous), non-metallic prestressing (polymer, ceramic), and composite and nanocomposite prestressing (natural, artificial) for increasing and improving the mechanical properties of the products with both prefabricated and in situ grades. the mechanical properties improvements consist of two parts: 1. Using different tensile parts with different harnesses, alloys, shapes, and coatings in the wires, cables, springs, clamps, composites in simple and ribbed forms to reinforce the tensile strength and the flexural tension. 2. Prestressing, sleeve fillers, and material injection according to the plan.
