COMPOSITE PIPE PRODUCTION DEVICE
The present invention relates to the technical field of composite pipes, and provides a composite pipe production device. The present invention solves the problem in the prior art that the composite pipe has low strength. This composite pipe production device comprises a forming mold, a supporting base, an outer pipe, and a winding machine capable of wrapping reinforced fibers on the outer peripheral wall of the outer pipe. A forming cavity channel is formed between an outer mold sleeve and a core mold of the forming mold, and one end of the outer pipe extends into the outer mold sleeve; an annular cavity channel right opposite to the forming cavity channel is formed between the outer peripheral wall of the outer pipe and the inner peripheral wall of the outer mold sleeve; a roller located on the lower side of the outer pipe is provided on the supporting base, the roller can form rolling supporting for the reinforced fibers on the outer peripheral wall of the outer pipe, and an adjusting structure capable of adjusting a height position of the roller is further provided on the supporting base. According to the present invention, the produced composite pipe has higher strength and quality.
