PEROVSKITE CELL HAVING HOLE TRANSPORT LAYER OF COMB-LIKE FIBER STRUCTURE AND PREPARATION METHOD FOR PEROVSKITE CELL

Disclosed are a perovskite cell having a hole transport layer of a comb-like fiber structure and a preparation method for the perovskite cell. The perovskite cell comprises a transparent electrode layer and a hole transport layer of a comb-like fiber structure formed on the transparent electrode layer. The hole transport layer of the comb-like fiber structure is a polythiophene polymer hole material. The preparation method for the perovskite cell comprises the following steps: depositing an oxidizing agent on a transparent electrode layer; enabling a solution containing strong polar acid and a thiophene hole material monomer to be in contact with the oxidizing agent for reaction to obtain a hole transport layer of a comb-like fiber structure; and synthesizing a perovskite absorption layer on the hole transport layer of the comb-like fiber structure, and then disposing an electron transport layer and an electrode layer sequentially on the perovskite absorption layer. The cell has a uniform and high-density hole transport layer of a comb-like fiber structure, the contact surface of the hole transport layer and the absorption layer is increased, the hole transport layer is of a comb-like fiber structure, and the contact area between a hole transport material and a photovoltaic absorption layer is increased.
