Integrated manufacturing of REciclable multi-material COmposites for the TRANSport sector

The present invention belongs to the field of granulators, and particularly relates to a granulator with a sorting function for flame-retardant plastic composite material production. Aiming at the problems that an existing flame-retardant plastic composite material is difficult to granulate, has a low granulation efficiency, is difficult to sort after the granulation is completed, and cannot meet usage requirements, the following solution is proposed: the granulator comprises two supporting plates, wherein the same square frame is fixedly connected to sides, close to each other, of the two supporting plates; the same top plate is fixedly connected to the tops of the two supporting plates; a driving electric motor is fixedly connected to the top of the top plate; a hydraulic pump is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the driving electric motor; a square plate is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the hydraulic pump; and a plurality of cutters are fixedly connected to the bottom of the square plate. A flame-retardant plastic composite material of the present invention is easy to granulate, has a high granulation efficiency, and is easy to sort after the granulation is completed, thereby meeting usage requirements.
