CONTAINER EQUIPMENT FOR CLOSED TRANSPORTATION AND ECTOPIC AEROBIC STABILIZATION OF STOCK GARBAGE AND METHOD THEREFOR

Container equipment for closed transportation and ectopic aerobic stabilization of stock garbage and a using method therefor. The equipment comprises a container body (1) and a functional lining (2) disposed on the inner wall thereof; the functional lining is provided with a circulating air low-temperature evaporation system, a water distribution and drainage guide system, and a heat supply and thermal insulation system; the circulating air low-temperature evaporation system comprises an air inlet main pipe (12), air distribution perforated pipes (13), bottom plate drainage and air distribution channels (14), top plate water distribution and air guide grooves (15), air extraction perforated pipes (16), and a fan (17), an air outlet pipe (18), and a quicklime dehydration and deodorization system; the water distribution and drainage guide system comprises a leachate inlet pipe (19), a fiber capillary water distribution pipe (20), the top plate water distribution and air guide grooves, and side drainage channels (22), a drainage main channel (23), and a leachate drainage pipe (24); the heat supply and thermal insulation system comprises a bottom plate hydrothermal main pipe (25), a bottom hydrothermal coiled pipe (26), a peripheral hydrothermal layer (27), a bottom air heat insulation layer (28), and a peripheral air heat insulation layer (29). The container equipment can achieve a fully enclosed transportation and ectopic aerobic stabilization process of solid waste.
