Integrated manufacturing of REciclable multi-material COmposites for the TRANSport sector
VESSEL EQUIPPED WITH SYSTEM FOR COLLECTING MARINE WASTE PLASTICS AND MANUFACTURING SOLID FUEL
The present invention relates to a vessel equipped with a system which collects marine waste plastics and recycles same to manufacture solid fuel and, more particularly, to a vessel equipped with a system for collecting marine waste plastics and manufacturing solid fuel which can collect marine waste plastics and recycle the collected marine waste plastics to manufacture solid fuel in such a manner that a large 100,000-ton-class vessel is built and run on the five oceans to collect marine waste, such as various plastics, that are a major source of pollution of the oceans, desalinate the collected marine waste, and then manufacture the collected marine waste into pellet-type solid fuel. The present invention relates to a vessel equipped with a system for collecting marine waste plastics and manufacturing solid fuel comprising: a collection part (10) which collects marine waste, such as waste plastics floating in the sea, into the vessel; a desalination part (20) which desalinates the marine waste plastics collected in the collection part (10); a pellet production line (30) which produces pellets from the waste plastics desalinated in the desalination part (20); and a transport part (40) which transports the produced pellets to land.
