FABRIC BASE SHAPING EQUIPMENT FOR POLYESTER FABRIC PRODUCTION
The present invention relates to the technical field of polyester fabric production equipment, and discloses fabric base shaping equipment for polyester fabric production, comprising a shaping tank and a tank cover. The tank cover is detachably connected to one end of a tank body of the shaping tank, and an H-shaped supporting leg A is welded to the bottom of the tank body of the shaping tank. An H-shaped supporting leg B is welded to the bottom of the shaping tank and at one side of the H-shaped supporting leg A. An inner cylinder is provided in the shaping tank, a connecting block is welded between a transverse plate B on the surface of the inner cylinder and a transverse plate A on the inner wall of the shaping tank to form an I-shaped lining block for associated supporting, a core cylinder is embedded into the inner wall of the inner cylinder, and a trapezoidal fixing block is welded between the inner wall of the inner cylinder and the outer wall of the core cylinder for associated fixation. When the shaping tank is carried to a high place by a transport vehicle and falls accidently, the inner cylinder and the core cylinder present in the shaping tank form a composite three-layer tank body, and such a composite tank body is high in deformation resistance, so that the shaping tank is not prone to deformation and damage when falling from the high place.
