INTEGRATED VULCANIZED INFLATION-FREE RUBBER TIRE WITHOUT STEEL WIRE AND CORD FABRIC

An integrated vulcanized inflation-free rubber tire without steel wires and cord fabric. The rubber tire is sequentially provided with a tire body outer layer (58), a crosslinking layer (54) and a tire core foaming layer (56) from outside to inside in a radial direction, wherein the tire body outer layer (58) and the tire core foaming layer (56) are tightly cross-linked, fused and connected by means of the crosslinking layer (54); and the tire body outer layer (58), the crosslinking layer (54) and the tire core foaming layer (56) are of an integrated vulcanized tire structure that is finally formed by using foaming strips and strip-shaped tire fabric made of two different materials, and performing composite and vulcanization forming processes thereon. The rubber tire is rational in design and compact in structure, and solves the problems of existing pneumatic tires, particularly tires of electric vehicles and motorcycles, being prone to a tire burst and having a poor anti-skid effect and insufficient stiffness. A foaming tire core is used to replace a traditional pneumatic tire, thereby preventing a tire burst and prolonging the service life of the tire; moreover, the stiffness of the tire can also be improved, and the tire has excellent practicability.
