WASTE REPROCESSING UNIT

A waste reprocessing unit comprises a low-temperature destruction reactor (1) with a spiral transporter (2), at an inlet of which a feeder (3) is installed, and at a first outlet (4) of the spiral transporter (2) a solid product discharge means (5) is installed which is connected to a receiver assembly (6) of the spiral transporter (2); the reactor (1) has a second outlet (7) for a flue gas pipe (8) and a third outlet (10) for a steam-gas mixture pipe (11), which is connected to a rectifying column (13), wherein the reactor has three zones — a first zone (20) in which material is supplied to the reactor, a second zone (21) where the material is heated and a third zone (22) where the material is destroyed; and the spiral transporter (2) has a spiral having an increasing spiral winding pitch, wherein the spiral of the spiral transporter (2) in the zone (22) where the material is destroyed has blades (19) which are mounted on the spiral windings and allow not only linear transport of the material but also vertical transport.
