AUTOMOBILE INTERIOR PU LEATHER SUITABLE FOR GLUE SPRAYING AND COATING AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR

An automobile interior PU leather suitable for glue spraying and coating and a preparation method therefor, wherein the PU leather comprises a finishing layer (1), a PU composite film layer (2), a PUR bonding layer (3) and an anti-permeation base cloth layer (4) arranged in succession, an adhesive used in the PUR bonding layer (3) is a solvent-free PU adhesive, and the anti-permeation base cloth layer (4) is a base cloth fabric that has undergone an anti-permeation treatment. The PU leather uses an anti-permeation base cloth that has undergone a special anti-permeation treatment as the base of the PU leather, so that glue cannot penetrate into the PUR bonding layer (3) by means of gaps in base cloth fabric yarn during the glue spraying process of the PU leather. At the same time, sprayed glue loss is reduced, and the peeling force between the PU leather base cloth layer and a 3D mesh and plastic skeleton may be greatly improved, and the amount of glue sprayed on the overall molding is reduced, thus saving on the cost of glue. The problem of avoiding an insufficient peeling force of a coated sample due to the glue permeation of the base cloth fabric during the coating and glue spraying process is solved.
