ORGANIC LIGHT EMISSION ELEMENT

An organic light emission element is employed which is provided with a positive electrode, a hole transport layer, a light emission layer, and a negative electrode. The hole transport layer is provided between the positive electrode and the light emission layer. The hole transport layer includes an ionic polymerization initiator, and a cured resin. The cured resin is provided with hole carriers produced as a result of chemically doping the cured resin with the ionic polymerization initiator. The hole transport layer exhibits ohmic conductivity. Accordingly, light emission efficiency of the organic light emission element is increased, and service life characteristics are improved.
