IMPREGNATION APPARATUS USED FOR PREPARING COMPOSITE RAILWAY SLEEPERS

A vibration auxiliary pre-impregnation apparatus for composite railway sleepers: after being sprayed with resin, fibre passes through a gate composed of a primary high-frequency vibrating roller and a fixed roller having an outer layer of rubber, and the resin-sprayed fibre is squeezed and pre-impregnated; the pre-impregnated fibre passes through a secondary high-frequency vibrating roller for impregnation of the fibre; and the fibre impregnated by the secondary high-frequency vibrating roller passes through a set of pre-forming plates having an oblong cross section and two tapered ends to form a pre-impregnated fibre composite material with even up-down fibre distribution; the diameter of the primary vibrating roller is 40-450 mm, the vibration frequency is 5000-25000 times per minute, and the vibration amplitude is 0.3-2 mm; the vibration frequency of the secondary vibrating roller is 8000-30000 times per minute, and the vibration amplitude is 0.2-1.5 mm. By means of vibration and squeezing, the resin and fibre are fully impregnated, solving the problem of the foam residue of the auxiliary infiltration apparatus blocking the equipment; in 150 seconds, the resin and fibre can be fully impregnated, and the fibre is evenly distributed after impregnation, increasing production efficiency.
