QUANTUM DOT LIGHT EMITTING DEVICE, PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF AND LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE

A quantum dot light emitting device (100), preparation method thereof and liquid crystal display device (10). The quantum dot light emitting device (100) comprises a substrate (110), a cathode (120), an electron injection and electron transport layer (130), a quantum dot light emitting layer (140), a cavity injection and cavity transport layer (150), and an anode (160). The cathode (120) is provided on the substrate (110). The cathode (120) and the anode (160) are provided on the same side of the substrate (110), and are oppositely arranged at intervals. The electron injection and electron transport layer (130), the quantum dot light emitting layer (140), the cavity injection and the cavity transport layer (150) are sequentially sandwiched between the cathode (120) and the anode (160). One surface of the electron injection and electron transport layer (130) is connected to the cathode (120). The cathode (120) provides the electron, and the anode (160) provides the cavity. The electron injection and electron transport layer (130) transfers electrons to the quantum dot light emitting layer (140). The cavity injection and cavity transport layer (150) transmits cavities to the quantum dot light emitting layer (140). The electrons and cavities are recombined in the quantum dot light emitting layer (140) to emit light, wherein the electron injection and electron transport layer (130) comprises a water/alcohol soluble conjugated polymer.
