QUANTUM DOT LIGHT EMITTING DEVICE AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF AND LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE
Disclosed are a quantum dot light emitting device (100) and a preparation method thereof and a liquid crystal display device (10). The quantum dot light emitting device (100) includes an anode (110) and a cathode (190) which are opposite to each other and arranged at intervals, a hole injection layer (120), a first hole transport layer (130), a first quantum dot light emitting layer (140), a charge generation layer (150), a second quantum dot light emitting layer (160), a first electron transport layer (170) and an electron injection layer (180) laminated in turn between the anode (110) and the cathode (190), wherein the hole injection layer (120) is in contact with the anode (110), the electron injection layer (180) is in contact with the cathode (190), the charge generation layer (150) includes a second electron transport layer (151), a carrier generation layer (152) and a second hold transport layer (153) laminated in turn, the second electron transport layer (151) is arranged on a surface of the first quantum dot light emitting layer (140) away from the first hole transport layer (130), the second hold transport layer (153) is arranged on a surface of the second quantum dot light emitting layer (160) away from the first electron transport layer (170), the first quantum dot light emitting layer (140) emits a first ray, and the second quantum dot light emitting layer (160) emits a second ray, wherein the second electron transport layer (151) comprises a water-soluble polymer.
