QUANTUM DOT LIGHT-EMITTING DEVICE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR AND LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE

A quantum dot light-emitting device and a manufacturing method therefor and a liquid crystal display device. The quantum dot light-emitting device comprises: a substrate (110), an anode (120), a hole injection and hole transport layer (130), a quantum dot light-emitting layer (140), an electron injection and electron transport layer (150) and a cathode (160); the anode (120) is provided on the substrate (110); the anode (120) and the cathode (160) are provided on the same side of the substrate (110), and are arranged opposite to and spaced apart from each other; the hole injection and hole transport layer (130), the quantum dot light-emitting layer (140) and the electron injection and electron transport layer (150) are sandwiched between the anode (120) and the cathode (160) in sequence, one surface of the hole injection and hole transport layer (130) being connected to the anode (120); the anode (120) provides holes, and the cathode (160) provides electrons; the hole injection and hole transport layer (130) transmits the holes to the quantum dot light-emitting layer (140), the electron injection and electron transport layer (150) transmits the electrons to the quantum dot light-emitting layer (140), and the holes and the electrons are recombined in the quantum dot light-emitting layer (140) to emit light; the electron injection and electron transport layer (150) comprises a water-alcohol soluble conjugated polymer.
