MG(AL, CR)2O4 COMPOSITE SPINEL REINFORCED MAGNESIUM OXIDE-BASED FOAM CERAMIC FILTER AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR

A Mg(Al, Cr)2O4 composite spinel reinforced magnesium oxide-based foam ceramic filter and a preparation method therefor. The method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing 15% to 25% nano aluminum sol, 0.8% to 1.5% rheology agent, and the balance of magnesium oxide ceramic powder material containing a nano chromic oxide sintering auxiliary according to the mass percentage, adding anhydrous ethanol, and ball milling and mixing uniformly to form a ceramic slurry having a solid content of 60% to 70%; (2) immersing a polyurethane foam plastic template into the ceramic slurry, removing the superfluous immersion slurry by extruding the polyurethane foam plastic template by means of a roller pressing machine to prepare a biscuit, and then removing the ethanol solvent in a ventilation chamber at 40?C to 50?C to dry the biscuit; and (3) placing the dried biscuit in a sintering furnace, raising the temperature to a temperature of 1350?C to 1550?C to perform high-temperature sintering, and cooling same with the furnace to room temperature so as to obtain a magnesium oxide-based foam ceramic filter.
