Integrated manufacturing of REciclable multi-material COmposites for the TRANSport sector

Disclosed are an ASA/polyester alloy material, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof, comprising the following components: 50-80 parts of acrylonitrile-styrene-acrylate resin, 10-65 parts of polyester resin, and 1.0-15 parts of high damping elastomer. In the present invention, polyester and high damping rubber are introduced into an ASA system, so that the prepared ASA/polyester alloy material has a noise reduction effect and excellent resistance to environmental stress-caused cracking and photo-aging resistance, can be used as a substitution of ABS or PC/ABS for household components such as a bottom housing of an air conditioner and a toilet lid, and automotive components such as rearview mirrors, grilles and spoilers, can not only effectively reduce the noise generated by the components, but also greatly improve the resistance to environmental stress-caused cracking and long-term photo-aging resistance of the components, solve problems such as water leakage and cracking caused by the problems, and has significant technical and market values.
