VEHICLE ROOF, VEHICLE, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING VEHICLE ROOF
A vehicle roof (1), comprising: an inner skin (100), an outer skin (200), a top plate reinforcing layer (300), a top beam core material (400), and multiple column core materials (500). The inner skin (100) and the outer skin (200) are fiber reinforced composite members. The top plate reinforcing layer (300) is clamped between the inner skin (100) and the outer skin (200). The top beam core material (400) is provided around the top plate reinforcing layer (300). The multiple column core materials (500) are connected to the top plate reinforcing layer (300), separately. The vehicle roof has light weight, high structural strength, and low costs. Also disclosed are a method for manufacturing the vehicle roof and a vehicle comprising the vehicle roof.
