A composite molded article 1 includes a resin 2, fibers 3 provided dispersed in the resin 2, and holes 4 formed between the resin 2 and the fibers 3. The composite molded article 1 has a specific strength of 30-400 MPa (g/cm3)-1. As a result of this configuration, it is possible to provide a composite molded article that achieves both a reduction in weight and high mechanical properties.
