PACKAGING MATERIAL FOR MODIFYING ASPHALT BINDER, MODIFIED ASPHALT PACKAGED WITH SAME, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
The present invention relates to packaged modified asphalt and a method for manufacturing the modified asphalt, the asphalt being: easily and inexpensively transported and stored by placing an asphalt binder in a packaging material made from a modifier and discharging internal air so as to compress the asphalt binder, and heat sealing and packaging the asphalt binder; and modified into polymer asphalt of a required performance grade when the asphalt binder is heated with low thermal energy onsite.
