The present disclosure is related to a device that lowers the temperature of materials that circulate inside. The aforementioned temperature change in the material is made by keeping the material in motion to prevent the same from sticking together, and also for transporting the material in such a way that the same moves or drags inside the device. All the pieces, fixed and movable inside the device are cooled to the same temperature, thus avoiding oscillations in the temperature of the material, increasing efficiency and reducing energy loss. In addition, the whole device is thermally insulated by means of an insulating material, increasing the energy efficiency. All internal, fixed and movable walls are cooled by the circulation of a product with a previously controlled temperature keeping the temperature homogeneous within the device. With this, the material leaves the device at a controlled temperature, lower than the one the same had at the moment it was introduced, and the decre ase in temperature occurs as the process progresses; making this a continuous process, for the cooling of dry materials.
