METODO DE TRANSPORTE, ACONDICIONAMIENTO, CALENTAMIENTO Y CRISTALIZACION SIMULTANEO EN SECO DE MATERIALES POLIMERICOS, BIOMASAS, BIO-POLIMEROS, ALIMENTOS Y OTROS MATERIALES A GRANEL POR INCREMENTO EN TEMPERATURA A BAJA PRESION.

The present disclosure is related to a method that describes the steps for the material processing by increasing their temperature and decontaminating them, flowing through heating and decontamination modules. These heating and decontamination modules are devices that increase the temperature for the crystallization, dehydration and decontamination of materials such as polymers, biomasses, biopolymers, food or other new or virgin materials, post-consumer and/or post-industrial, in the form of pellets, granules, flakes, powder or other presentations or geometric shapes of the material that circulates inside, and there may be as many modules as necessary depending on the material to be processed, volume, etc. The aforementioned temperature change in the material is made by keeping the material in motion to prevent the same from sticking together, and the agitating movement is also used to move or entrain the material inside the device. All the pieces, fixed and movable inside the device are heated to the same temperature avoiding temperature oscillations that could affect the material, increasing efficiency and reducing energy loss. In addition, the whole device is thermally insulated, increasing energy efficiency. With this, a continuous material circulation is achieved, thus leaving the device at a higher temperature from the one the same had at the beginning.
