OPENING AND CLOSING MECHANISM AND PROTECTION DEVICE FOR TANK CAR UNLOADING VALVE
Disclosed are an opening and closing mechanism and protection device for a tank car unloading valve, comprising a protective cover (3) for a tank body unloading valve, and an opening and closing mechanism (4). The opening and closing mechanism (4) comprises a hanging bracket (5) and an opening and closing shaft (6). One end of the hanging bracket (5) is fixed on the outer surface of a tank body (1), and a through hole (7) is provided on the other end of the hanging bracket (5). The opening and closing shaft (6) passes through the through hole (7) and the protective cover (3). One end of the opening and closing shaft (6) is connected to an unloading valve (2) for opening or closing the unloading valve (2), and the other end of the opening and closing shaft (6) is an operating end or is connected to an operating member. By using the opening and closing mechanism and protection device for a tank car unloading valve, the security and reliability of the tank car are improved, and it is convenient for an operator to operate.
