FORMING MACHINE FOR BAMBOO-TWINED TUBULAR PRODUCT
A forming machine for a bamboo-twined tubular product being capable of independently completing a lining process, a twining process, a setting process and a demolding process; the forming machine has a frame (1) having a mold-rotating driver mechanism (11) and a mold (12) provided thereon, the mold-rotating driver mechanism (11) is connected to the mold (12), and the mold (12) is capable of automatic demolding; the two sides of the mold (12) are provided with a feeder mechanism (2), a glue-supplying mechanism (3) and a setting mechanism (4), and the feeder mechanism (3) and the mold (12) are capable of a relative displacement along an axial direction thereof. The frame (1) comprises a machine head (13) and a machine end (14), the machine head (13) and the machine end (14) are separated and respectively connected to two ends of the mold (12), and either the machine head (13) or the machine end (14) is movable. The forming machine for a bamboo-twined tubular product can be conveniently used for processing at a site of construction, removing the need for transportation and solving the problems of inconvenient transportation and poor production efficiency.
