ADHESIVE ADDING METHOD FOR BAMBOO-WRAPPED COMPOSITE PRODUCT WRAPPING PROCESS
An adhesive adding method for a bamboo-wrapped composite product wrapping process, where a bamboo splint input apparatus and an adhesive transport apparatus are arranged on one side of a die (13), a bamboo splint (14) is inputted from below the die (13) and wrapped onto the die (13) by the bamboo splint input apparatus, the adhesive transport apparatus is arranged above the bamboo splint (14) and pours an adhesive onto the bamboo splint (13), and the poured adhesive is distributed over the width of the bamboo splint (13). The adhesive transport apparatus comprises a transport tube (1), where a material inlet (2) and a stirring unit are provided at an input extremity of the transport tube (1), the material inlet (2) is connected to the adhesive transport tube, the adhesive transport tube is connected to an adhesive transport pump, and an output extremity of the transport tube is connected to a pouring unit. The adhesive adding method applicable in the bamboo-wrapped composite product wrapping process is a method designed on the basis of the characteristics of a bamboo wrapping process, thus implementing uniform, steady, and fixed-volume pouring of the adhesive, and providing the advantages of a high adhesive immersion rate and simplified operation.
