According to an example aspect of the present invention, there is provided a moistened hygienic towel dispenser having a housing (20) with a storage area (23) for towels, a door (26) configured to permit removal of towels from the storage area (23), a reservoir (25) for storage or mixing of a liquid agent, and a moistening system (27) within the housing configured to transport liquid from the reservoir (25) to the towels.
