The present invention relates to an NCF composite fiber sheet and a method for manufacturing a wheel rim using same, wherein the sheet can, during the manufacture of a vehicle wheel rim using composite fibers, prevent the slipping of the composite fibers wound around a rounded portion of a mold and facilitate axial fiber arrangement.
