A magazine device and its manufacturing method
A magazine device adapted for installing plural carrying plates includes a magazine. The magazine is made of plastic material and includes a box surrounded and defined by a container, an opening end opened on the box, plural slots formed in the container for installing the plural carrying plates, and a cover separately disposed on the opening. With the magazine made of a light plastic material, it can not only effectively reduce the burden on workers and overload of transport and delivery, so that the production efficiency of the semiconductor manufacturing process can be improved.
