Integrated manufacturing of REciclable multi-material COmposites for the TRANSport sector
INSULATING CONTAINER, TRANSPORT DEVICE AND TRANSPORT METHOD
Provided are an insulating container (10), a transport device and a transport method. The insulating container comprises a container body (1) and a container cover (2) connected to the container body (1). Each of the container body (1) and the container cover (2) comprises a frame (11) and a plate block (12) disposed on the frame (11). The plate block (12) comprises, from the outermost layer to the innermost layer: an external high strength board (121); an extruded plastic board (122); a phase-change insulating board (123) made of a phase-change material; and an internal board (124). A phase-change process of the phase-change insulating board (123) cooperates with a refrigeration system (30) of a transfer device to control the temperature of the insulating container (10) and a refrigerator truck (20) to be precisely near a phase-change temperature. The phase-change insulating board (123) made of the phase-change material remains to be in a solid state before or after occurrence of a phase change, such that the structure of the insulating container (10) does not change with the phase change, thereby preventing leakage of the phase-change material.
