NON-METAL COMPOSITE NANO HEAT DISSIPATION MATERIAL AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR

Disclosed in the present invention are a non-metal composite nano heat dissipation material and a preparation method therefor, the heat dissipation material comprising the following raw ingredients: graphite powder, phenolic resin, PHB, colloidal graphite, carbon fibre, forsterite powder, rare earth, glass fibre powder, aluminium oxide powder, and carbon nanotubes. The preparation method comprises: weighing, preparing raw material A, preparing raw material B, preparing raw material C, and preparing the heat dissipation material. The material in the present invention has a universal and reasonable compatibility and preparation process, and the finished product passes tests, and can entirely replace the aluminium and copper heat dissipation structural elements and common structural elements in the automotive, LED lighting, general lighting, computing, and electromechanical industries; the material has the advantages of having a low density, good weather resistance, high fireproof rating, good heat dissipation effects, high strength, little subsequent surface treatment, and a simple manufacturing process and being environmentally friendly, low cost, and easy to mould, and has wide application in various electronic heat dissipation and electrical conduction industries.
