Italian company seeks manufacturers of rollers and cylinders for cooperation under manufacturing agreement
An Italian company specialised in the production of tailor-made technical articles in cast polyurethane, rubber and plastics, ranging from small polyurethane parts to large products, according to the needs of specific clients, is looking to sign manufacturing agreements with European suppliers - preferably, Eastern European - of rollers and cylinders of different sizes.

The company was founded in 1947 in Northwest Italy (Piedmont Region), as a manufacturer of technical rubber articles for cars and motorcycles, later becoming the first producer in Europe of cast polyurethane articles, which still represents its core business. Through the years the company has developed a series of production lines ranging from very low harness polyurethane to higher hardness levels.
Thanks to the considerable flexibility of its production plants, the company is able to guarantee the production of polyurethane small parts as well as large sized and complex manufactured items, ranging from scale productions (starting from single prototypes) to those on a large scale. The production is based on a tailor-made approach, able to satisfy clients' needs within different industrial sectors, such as: textile, food, pharmaceutical-sanitary, steel and iron processing, automotive, mining, offshore, glass processing, packaging, paper and wood industry, naval and aerospace.
In addition to technical articles in polyurethane, the company also produces rubber articles, roller coatings, cylinders, cast polyurethane wheels and rubber. In recent years the company has decided to enhance its range of cast and pressed elastomers with a vast array of customized articles made of techno-plastic and composite materials.
In order to satisfy production needs related to such a wide range of products and sizes, the company is currently looking for suppliers of rollers and cylinders of different sizes interested in signing manufacturing agreements. Search is restricted to European companies, preferably located in Eastern Europe countries.

The company is the only one in Italy in the field of cast polyurethanes having a machine store of 10 automatic casting machines as well as numerous stations for mixing inside semi-automatic reactors. These plants are constantly renewed and replaced according to the latest technological innovations.
