METHOD FOR PRODUCING SECTIONS OF A THRUST REVERSER SUPPORTING GRID

The invention relates to the field of aviation engineering and can be used for developing and producing elements of a gas turbine aircraft engine. The invention is intended to solve the technical problem of creating a highly producible structure for sections of an aircraft thrust reverser grid which exhibit greater operating reliability. The main features of the technical solution with respect to producing sections of a supporting grid (1) of an aircraft thrust reverser from polymer composite materials are that crisscrossing longitudinal and transverse layers of ribs (6) and vanes (7) of a section of the grid (1) are wound into longitudinal grooves (2) and transverse grooves (3) of a mandrel (4). The grooves are made in a separating layer (12) consisting of an anti-adhesive elastic material to form rows of rods (13) disposed between the channels (2) for the ribs (6), the rods being separated in said rows by the channels (3) for the vanes (7) and being reinforced by metal teeth (14). The teeth (14) are used in a mould for preparing the anti-adhesive elastic material of the separating layer (12) in the form of rows of rods (13). After polymerization of the material, the teeth (14) are withdrawn along individual extraction paths, and the rods (13) of anti-adhesive elastic material are pressed out of the cells of the grid (1) and into the space freed by the teeth (14) by virtue of their elasticity.
